- This raffle (the “Raffle”) is open to anyone aged 18 or over to residents within the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Canada and the US. The Raffle is organized by The Faction Collective SA (the “Organizer”).
- You (the “Entrant”) may enter the Raffle by entering your email in our feedback survey and signing up to our newsletter (“Registering”).
- Entries for the Raffle will open on Monday, May 8th 2023, when the survey opens, and close on Monday, May 22nd 2023, when the survey closes.
- The Entrant will be entered into a random draw to win one of three pairs of Faction skis (“the Prize”).
- If selected as a Winner, the Entrant will be entitled to choose a pair of skis of their choice from the 2022-23 Faction collection, subject to availability.
- The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash value or an alternative product.
- Winners will be notified via email after the survey closes & must provide a postal address to claim their prize. The Winner must respond and accept the Prize within 3 days of being notified. Failing this, the Organizers may draw another Winner from the Raffle.
- Privacy for all Entrants is very important to us. No details involving participation in the raffle will be shared with any third parties. More information on our privacy policy can be found here: https://factionskis.com/pages/privacy-policy.
- All Entrants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions by Registering for the Raffle.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
