Faction Click & Collective
Faction Click & Collective (FC&C) is a shipping option that allows you to order products from our website and have them delivered to a participating FC&C Retail Partner location. FC&C offers convenience, peace of mind and a free binding mounting service with every pair of skis purchased.
You can select the FC&C delivery option at the cart page when you checkout. We only offer the FC&C shipping option for orders over 200 CHF. Any products may be included in the order but please be aware of any delayed expected delivery dates on product pages as this will affect your whole order.
You can search for participating FC&C Retail Partners by postcode on the cart page when you select Faction Click & Collective as a shipping option. A list of retailers is also available here.
Free binding mounting service
A free binding mounting service is available for every pair of skis in your order. This is valid at your chosen FC&C Retail Partner. It is your responsibility to contact the shop to provide your boot sole length (marked on your boot) and your mounting position preference. If you’re unsure of where to mount your bindings, the shop professionals will be happy to assist you. You can check out our recommended mounting positions here. In all cases, the shop will require you to bring your physical ski boot to the store for a binding safety test before releasing the skis to you.
These may be purchased on factionskis.com, directly from the participating FC&C Retail Partner or ones you've brought from home. Keep in mind, the Retail Partner has the right to refuse mounting a binding that is deemed to be unfit or unsafe. Please also note that Retail Partners may not be capable of mounting every type of binding. You will need to get in touch with your chosen Retail Partner for confirmation of this.
Collecting your order
You will receive an email notification when your order has been delivered to your chosen Retail Partner. If you don't wish for a free mounting service, this means your order is ready to be collected. If you do, you'll need to get in touch with the Retail Partner to discuss your mounting preferences. Once mounted, the Retail Partner will contact you regarding collection.
