The Pro Collective Terms & Conditions

The Pro Collective (TPC) is a membership program offered to mountain and outdoor industry professionals. It requires approval and invitation from Faction. This partnership is a privilege and relies upon mutual respect.

The products purchased through TPC are solely for personal use. Purchasing gifts for friends and family or reselling products is not allowed and will result in bad karma and account deactivation.

Faction reserves the right to remove TPC membership without explanation or notice, without compensation due to abuse (see above) or any other reason.

The Pro Collective membership requires annual renewal.

Faction requires its TPC members to respect our partners selling skis at full price and our fans that purchase them, by not talking publicly about this program. This includes not sharing any information relating to the program's benefits on social media platforms.

TPC members are not eligible for free returns on their orders. All returns must be requested online through our Returns Page.

All warranty claims must be placed online in accordance with Faction’s Warranty Policy.

Faction reserves the right to change the terms of The Pro Collective program at any point, and to place restrictions on the quantity and the products available to purchase. TPC membership entitles members to a total value of CHF 2,000 per season.

Bindings may not be purchased individually, and must be accompanied by a ski purchase.

TPC purchases cannot be combined with additional offers such as sales or discounts. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively.

TPC purchases are not eligible for free shipping, unless stated otherwise.

All orders placed through TPC are subject to the general Terms & Conditions applicable for any purchase made through Faction Skis.

By participating in TPC, you are consenting to receive marketing materials from Faction Skis and the Full Stack Supply Co. that are relevant to the outdoor and snowsports industries.
