Cody Cirillo and Kellyn Wilson. They’re not a power couple. No, they’re too humble for that. They’re the perfect powder couple. So devoted to the pursuit of sliding through the deep stuff that they put their life on hold for a winter season in order to transform a 1960s school bus into their home on wheels / personal pow-pillaging chariot. They dubbed it the Honey House.
For months on end the two Colorado-based Faction skiers enjoyed pure, simple-life bliss. (Except for the times when the bus broke down.) With a small group of friends in tow, they ripped pow in Colorado, Utah, Washington and British Columbia. And they wanted to bring you in on the fun, as well, so they recorded every moment and they’ve produced a fun-loving, high-quality 26-minute-long film: Made in Voyage.
“This film is essentially the culmination of a 3-year art-project,” says Cirillo. “But more than that, it’s a journey that documents the possibilities when you take the first step, or in our case, drive that first nail, towards a dream. We purchased an old broken down bus, with no mechanical or construction knowledge ourselves, but through a bit of faith and an unwavering pursuit of a powder-filled fantasy, made a rolling ski home that we couldn’t be more proud of.”
The film will premiere on three different evenings throughout November via YouTube Premieres. Immediately following each screening, a live Q&A session with the athletes and the creative team will take place, along with product giveaways (including two fresh pairs of Faction skis).

November 12: U.S. Mountain 7pm + Central 8pm
November 17: U.S East Coast, 7pm
November 18: U.S West Coast, 7pm
“We skied blower powder conditions across the country, broke down more times than there are fingers to count, shared laughs and beers with new and old friends, and had unforgettable experiences where we lived fully in the present,” recalls Cirillo. “We hope that people come away from the film with a sense of adventure, an understanding that the ups and downs of the journey are all beautiful, and ultimately hope that it inspires them to take the first step towards their own dreams and desires.”
